Roche Diagnostics India recruiting for Account Manager - Reagents & Systems post

Roche Diagnostics India, with a sales turnover of INR 150 crores, nurtures an open, flexible and challenging work environment, which allows for rapid career progression.

Position : 
1. Responsible for meeting with the sales budget 
2. Initiate cold calls to prospects within the assigned territory. 
3. Acquire new customers from lab visits and by study customer requirements. 
4. Initiation of Cutomers retention measures by building on customer relations. 
5. Collect references from existing customers and create a customer pool for new business development. 
6. Responsible to timely cater customer queries 
7. Liase with distribution and channel partners in fulfilling customer orders. 
8. Responsible for raising Purchase orders and Indent. 
9. Responsible for various activities related to control and monitor or the orders, dispatches to the end user from the stockists. 
10. Coordinate with RPS colleagues for Instrument Installation. 
11. Updation of Information regarding customer visits 
12. Updation of Competitors information 
13. Creation of new database and process documentations 
14. Management of the entire data and usage of the same for catering customers. 
15. Liase with customers for IPC (Instrument Placement Contract)compliance or introduction of new assays 
16. Organise and assist RM/Application Specialist in conducting CME's

Educational Qualification : Bsc Life sciences (Minimum) | MSc. Life Sciences (Preferred)
